Guns N’ Hoses of Southwest Ohio held their 3rd
Annual Boxing Tournament October 29, 2016 at the
Lawrebceburg Event Center, again providing funds
needed to support the families of local Law Enforcement
Guns N’ Hoses Organizations around the country
has raised over four million dollars through their
Amateur Boxing Shows and other events. It is our
goal to grow our organization and duplicate this
success in Southwest Ohio.

Art Neuman passed away June 22, 2016 at the age of 85.
Art was instrumental in the the creation of our local chapter of Guns n' Hoses. As an
Executive Board member for the first two years Guns N‘ Hoses raised more than
$200,000.00 to benefit the families of Firefighters and Law Enforcement officers who have
fallen in the line of duty.
Art served as Executive Director of the Cincinnati Golden Gloves and under his watch
produced several Olympians and professional boxing champions.
Art served 4 years in the Air Force. He was an alternative for the 1952 US Equestrian
Team. A very successful businessman. In 1991,at the age of 60, he founded Handyman
Connection and at 70, Art was a 2000 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist.
Art was the driving force behind our initial success, He will be missed, but we will always
be greatfull for his contributions to Guns N’ Hoses, SWO.
